The Venue

This year’s Symposium is held in a new building of the Mathematics and Information Sciences Faculty (MiNI) at the Warsaw University of Technology. The venue is located within the old WUT campus – both picturesque and centrally located, which makes it a perfect spot for our event.

In Symbiosis with public transport

Warsaw University of Technology is located in the Śródmieście południowe neighbourhood. It can be reached via multiple ways of transportation

  • On foot: ca. 10 minutes from the Central Railway Station
  • by bike: use your own or rent a Veturilo city bike
  • by subway: “Politechnika” station, line M1
  • by tram: “Koszykowa” or “Plac Politechniki” stop

National elections

The 2025 Polish Presidential Elections will take place 18 May 2025, which happens to overlap with the final day of the Conference. As the Symbioza community, we strongly encourage you to vote despite being away from home. You can do this with not much of a burden using one the following methods.

Applying for a voting right document
(“Zaświadczenie o prawie do głosowania”)

✅ no need to specify the voting place when applying
🛑 can only be acquired in person at a town hall (of any town) → official info and instructions

or

Temporary change of polling station
(“Jednorazowa zmiana miejsca głosowania”)

✅ can be easily done online → here
🛑 you need to specify where you will be voting

The conference address (Koszykowa 75) has its polling station within the campus – at the Faculty of Electronics and Information Sciences (Nowowiejska 15/19).

Important: you need to change back your polling station (again online) before the second election round!

Deadline for applications – regardless of the method chosen – is 15 May 2025.
